Loss of service in NG17

Some customers in NG17 may have been experiencing loss of service from 17:30. We identified this to be a carrier related issue and have now dealt with them to resolve this. We are currently monitoring this issue to ensure service is restored to all customers. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
