The power issue is still ongoing but all our services not directly within the affected area were restored on Sunday 13th @ 07:55. As stated in the previous update, if you are outside of the city centre your service should be restored, but you are still experiencing issues please reboot your router to reconnect. Northern Power Grid are still working on the power issue within the city centre but this will only be affecting a minority of customers at this stage and will likely be directly impacted by the power cut in question. The power restoration has been pushed back further with an ETA of 17:45

Update
We have implemented a workaround that will have resolved the issue for the majority of customers. However, some may still be impacted within the City Centre and the Northern Power Grid Incident is still ongoing so we are monitoring that for any developments. Their ETA is still 10:45.
