We continue to observe that most customers are still online but Northern powergrid have move the restoration time back to 18:45 - 19:45.

Monitoring

We have seen the remaining services restore, however the incident is still open with Northern Powergrid with an expected restoration time of 12:45 - 13:45. We will keep this status page live until we get confirmation from them that this has been resolved.

Update

Northern powergrid have identified the cause of the power cut and are working to resolve. We have observed some services come back online but these could go out again as Northern Powergrid progress with their resolution.

There has been a large power cut across S6 which is affecting our services in the area. There is currently no ETA from northern power grid.
