One of our carriers have advised us that there is a fibre joint in a degraded state and needs changing out in order to correct issues and ensure continuity of services in future. The joint will be cut out and replaced with a new, larger joint where fibres can be better managed and will be at less risk.
During this 10 hour maintenance window we will be routing traffic over alternate provisions to ensure everyone's service will stay running smoothly. We aren't expecting any prolonged downtime, but services will be at risk during this period. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to make sure this maintenance can be completed as smooth and problem free as possible and our engineers will be on standby to tackle any issues.
